Shipping
There is an option to collect your item from our office in Prahran with no additional delivery charges. An email will be sent to confirm a time and the address for the pick-up.

If you choose to have your box delivered, it will come express via Australia post and there is a flat fee of $35 Australia wide, including insurance, and this will be added at the checkout.

For international orders, this can be arranged via email as shipping costs will vary depending on the destination.

Online Order Status
Once your order has been completed, a dispatch email will be sent to you; this will contain a tracking number from Australia post.

Parcels will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection if you are not home as a signature is required on delivery for insurance purposes.

Estimated delivery times, taken from point of despatch, with deliveries to ACT, NSW, QLD SA and VIC take: 2 – 4 days. Rural deliveries, TAS, NT and WA: 3 – 8 days. If you do not receive your parcel within 10 working days, please contact us.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your order purchased from our website, we will gladly exchange it for something else or offer you a refund. Please advise us of the issue via email to make an appointment to come into the office if you would like to exchange.

The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused and with its original tags intact. Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed and for your original payment method to be credited. All freight costs for online orders are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address that was provided with your original online order.

All returns are subject to inspection and must be in their original, unused condition and returned within 30 days of delivery date.
